WHY PROGRAM - The Eight Sessions
Session 1 - You will set your goals and discuss your specific issues with weight. You will receive the workbook and a hypnosis relaxation CD.
Session 2 - "Why Do I Overeat?" This session will examine the unconscious motivations.
Session 3 - Self-Hypnosis Training for managing habits and emotions
Session 4 - Stress Management for ending emotional eating
After Session 4 you will schedule the remaining sessions after a reduction of 4 pounds.You are in charge and work at your own pace.
